2A's Legal Fund was established to assist our clients in legal research, education and support of cases in were the individual right to keep and bear arms may be in jeopardy.

To accomplish this 2ALegal, following its guidelines and requirements and after a review of the facts of a particular case will determine whether to support it providing legal and financial assistance to clients were their right to keep and bear arms was affected.

• Clients charged with criminal violations of federal, state, and local laws that prohibit the acquisition or possession of firearms by law abiding citizens

• Challenges federal, state, and local laws that prohibit a law-abiding citizen or class of citizens from possessing or using firearms

• Unlawful forfeitures of firearms seized by federal, state, or local authorities in violation of the Fifth or Fourteenth Amendments

• Federal, state, and local authorities who, misinterpret any law and violate citizens' constitutional or civil rights regarding their right to keep and bear arms

• Administrative misinterpretations of federal, state, and local laws that infringe the right to keep and bear arms guaranteed by the Constitution of the United States

• Unlawful administrative actions denying or restricting a citizen's right to possess or carry firearms
