Requirements​

 

1. For minors from 7 to 20 years. 

 

2. Father, mother, tutor or custodian must have a valid firearms license.

 

3. Must submit a sworn affidavit and application.

 

4. Two 2 x 2 photos of the minor.

 

5. $25 Tax Stamp.​

6. Must schedule appointment to file the application.

​

7. For minors 10 or older we recommend that they take the course.
